i have too much stuff to do, and no one seems to believe me.

i've tried hard to schedule the important people in before i leave, for coffee and the like. unfortunately, i don't have many opportunities to reschedule when they call to change plans at the last minute.

i will not apologize for leaving the country, and i will not give up my frantic packing time on saturday/sunday just so you can see me one last time. i know it sounds harsh, but maybe you'd like to help me stuff my suitcases instead of going out for coffee? or maybe you'd like to take some of my gigantic boxes to the post office for me. i'd really like that.

and please, don't make me feel guilty for not being more accommodating. you knew i was leaving, right?
